Scenariusz lekcji języka angielskiego przeprowadzonej w klasie II gimnazjum.
Subject: „My favourite magazine“ - project.
CELE OGÓLNE: Uczeń umie sformułować samodzielną wypowiedź na temat ulubionego
czasopisma.
CELE OPERACYJNE:
1. Uczeń umie nazwać podstawowe sekcje jakie można znaleźć w gazecie.
2. Uczeń umie wykonać ćwiczenie sprawdzające znajomość nowego słownictwa.
3. Uczeń potrafi wyrazić własną opinię na temat artykułów w gazecie używając konstrukcji: I’m (not) interested in ...., because ....... .
4. Uczeń potrafi opowiadać o swoim ulubionym czasopiśmie.

- praca w parach
- praca w grupach

OBJECTIVE 1 (estimated time: 15 min.)
CONTEXT: Presentation done by the teacher.
ACTIVITY/CLASS ORGANISATION:
- teacher brings a copy of a magazine and describes it to students (key vocabulary is put on the board)
- teacher gives English names for each section of the magazine, students copy them into their notebooks
- students (chosen by the teacher) have to name section pointed at by the teacher
LANGUAGE: connected with magazines and newspapers: introduction, horoscope section,
feature article, crossword, cartoon strip
AIMS: board, a magazine brought by the teacher
OBJECTIVE 2 (estimated time: 10 min.)
CONTEXT: Pictures for articles and their names.
ACTIVITY/CLASS ORGANISATION:
- students are divided into groups of four
- each group is given pictures from magazines presenting different sections and vocabulary cards with their names
- students match pictures with names and then compare their choices with another group
- the exercise is checked with the whole class - students chosen by the teacher must give their answers and present them on the board

AIMS: pictures and vocabulary cards
OBJECTIVE 3 (estimated time: 15 min.)
CONTEXT: Students’ own opinion on the subject; vocabulary presented during the lesson
ACTIVITY/CLASS ORGANISATION:
- students, individually or in pairs, prepare a short speech in which they must give their opinion about the magazine brought by the teacher
- each student gives his/her opinion in front of the class, and can suggest his own idea for an article
LANGUAGE: konstrukcja: I’m (not) interested in ...., because ....... .
AIMS: magazine
OBJECTIVE 4 (estimated time: 5 min.)
CONTEXT: Student’s knowledge; a frame of a project given by the teacher
