Przedstawiam Państwu pomysł na ciekawą lekcję dla dzieci (około 5-7 lat), które rozpoczynają przygodę z językiem angielskim. Do przygotowania takiej lekcji nie potrzebne są podręczniki, ani zeszyty. Nauczyciel przygotowuje materiały wyłącznie z internetu (w konspekcie podany link). Taka lekcja to bardzo dobre rozwiązanie na przeprowadzenie zajęć w zastępstwie za nieobecnego nauczyciela.

Topic: A big elephant and a small mouse- zabawy z piosenkami w języku angielskim.

Aims of the lesson: organising English classes as a supply teacher when pupils have not got English books, encouraging the youngest learners to learn English

Materials used: PC with the access to the Internet (www.supersimplelearning.com), the amplification equipment, handouts, an interactive board (optionally), a carpet in the play area of a classroom, lots, a stamp

T introduces herself to Ss and asks about their names. When the children say their Polish names T gives them their English equivalent names for fun. T checks the register at the same time. T asks Ss about their age and revises cardinal numbers from 1 to 6.

T asks Ss if they want to play and if they want to learn. Ss vote for what they prefer. T tells Ss that playing and learning go together and that Ss can learn not only when sitting at the desks. T invites Ss to come to the play area of the classroom. Children are gathered together on the carpet. T asks Ss to do some knee bends as a warm-up acivity. T introduces words: up and down, big and small.

T tells Ss they are going to watch other children during a lesson.

Ss are asked to watch videoclip “Make a circle”/ “Circle Time song” and pay attention to what the characters are doing.

Having watched the clip Ss are asked about what the children in the videoclip were doing and if they can follow their pattern. T divides Ss into ...
